You can only guess how I felt upon expecting to watch a martial arts based anime, only to find that the opening scene is about a girl reading a novel about forbidden love.

I'd just like to say I saw the first 2 Berserk movies just now, and they were amazing. I saw them subbed, because I can't -blam!- find the dub version of the first, and I found the second full movie in some remote corner of YouTube. Up until the middle of the story I found almost everything to be amusing, but the constant rate at which they threw twists began to wear me down. And finally when it got to that part, where everything is revealed and it's shown what had happened. It's really made me think.
