343 Industries is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for creating and perfecting online multiplayer experiences. Additional responsibilities include hopper management and synthesizing community feedback and player data to inform gameplay recommendations. - Work with the Sustainment Team to maintain multiplayer experiences by recommending optimizations based on community feedback and player data
- Work across several additional teams to ensure quality

lol @ people who think the -blam!-s who play the game can make a better game than the guys who build them.
