Who was halo 3's lead development director, was it frank o conner?
Who was it? If it's frank o conner it's a bit odd because he made such a good game now he's making a horrible game in my opinion known as halo 4

He doesnt have any influence over the creative team, the story writers, or multiplayer designers. He just markets the game and would have involvement in the ads. Bout it really.
