Gemini and High Ground would be ok as well.

Why are people implying halo 4's maps are bad when they haven't even played them?
Posted by: Quantam Snowbound is the worst map in Halo history. Worse than Sword Base.
No, just no. There is nothing worse than sword base. period. Snowbound is awful, but to even put it on the same level or lower than sword base is an injustice. Though you could actually put sword base on the level of one of the halo 3 sandbox maps. I can't remember the name off the top of my head. It was God awful though.

Also having turrets placed around the map was irritating as hell. Sword Base while bland at least worked in gameplay and didn't have irritating problems.

Regular slayer just involved camping the lift with shotgun and sword. Infection everyone used the lift glitch and camped the ledge. SWAT, the one team would camp top the lifts and watch the bottom red spawn (because that's the only place they would spawn) and completely stale mate. It had terrible lines of sights and the tiers just made everything annoying. Snowbound was very playable in FFA and Snipers.

You don't need to explain it to me. However, Sword base also encouraged camping, especially at the lifts, and if one team was lucky enough to claim one of the two sides of the top bridge then it just resulted in a stalemate because neither team would try to attack the other. The only incentive to leave your side was the sniper spawning down low, whereas in snowbound at least you could travel underground if need be. Sword base is just a bunch of tight, long corriders that scream nade spam and rushing. Its the epitome of tactless gameplay.
