This week we took some time to chat with Chris547, Bungie.net moderator extraordinaire and Mob of Angry Peasants co-founder. He talks about his roots in the community, wrecking cars and, for no apparent reason, puppies.

I like the improvements to the chat style. It is still relaxed but it isn’t … How to describe the last one?... A baby grunt with tortes comes to mind. If we don’t see an actual room of baby grunts in Halo 3 then I hope we at least see an Easter Egg that refers to such a room. Or a copy of the car wreck photo on a desk in the game. Either one would be fun.

Best interview ever. Seriously. I mention this despite having only seen Chris547 on BNet once. Oddly, it was also the same day as the only time I saw him on IRC. On IRC, he was talking about ideas for MOAP.Net. So, for whatever reason, it got me thinking about MOAP.Net. After about a week of thinking I wrote down my ideas about MOAP.Net into a coherent, bulleted, and very professional correspondence. Then I PM-ed it to Chris547. No reply so far. I hope he didn't delete it without opening, because that was my only copy. That's a true story.

The chatlog format is much more entertaining than a simple interview setup in a magazine or whatever.. *thumbs up* Maybe the elite was practicing some hardcore warthog-launching.. with Chris's car. I must be the only one here who's never played Halo 1 on LAN. :(

I like this style format, easier to read and much more interesting. Pretty funny as well. BTW where is that shack?? It looks a lot like something you would see in New Hampshire or Maine...

Well i must say that that was the most random BWU ever, even though it was a community spotlight (which are almost always random and wierd) and thats saying alot. But i do enjoy the part about stabbing him in the face and then saying "LOLJOKE!!" thats halerious P.S. I RULE!!!!

Interesting... I've never seen Chris547 before... Tell the one with the weak sause that caffeine will help immediately, but sustained intake will result in the overwhelming desire to rest (but not necessarially sleep) due to fatigue.
