About Kelly and John ...
Every time I finish reading First Strike I always get the impression that Kelly likes John a lot (dare I say loves?). She never did learn to properly conceal her emotions, this we know, so what do you guys think?

I always thought that Kelly liked John, but John liked Linda, and then the situation would force Fred and Kelly together.

I've always thought of Linda and John. Those two seem to be more close than any other spartans.

Think about what they've been through. They've known each other for most of their lives, they trained together, went on countless missions together, they are brother and sister in arms. Their bond is stronger than what you call love.

They spent most of thier lives fighting. And the fighting isn't stopping anytime soon. Although Team Black is in interesting case.

Linda/John, Fred/Kelly. The rest is mutual respect.
