So I have $60 Dollars to spend on steam right now.
I could buy Skyrim, KOTOR, and some $15 game
OR
Sins of a solar empire, KOTOR, LA Noire, and have 20 bucks left over.
I can't decide :(

Then it get's repetetive with the same sort of thing. Though you know I have played other strategies and have many. It's just it can't hold my attention for long.
And Skyrim isn't repetitive?
Well, including it's many diffrent enviroments, quests, classes and things to do. No I don't believe so. Sins doesn't even have a campaign! It has three races and they are all similar. Same ship classes and structure layout. Besides Steam workshop even furthers it.
Many different environments? It's always either plains or snow. There isn't much quest variety, either. Fetch this, kill this person, etc. Dumbed down RPG elements..
Whether its the Dwemer ruins, to the plains with dragons, to the bandit camps and castles, to the Daedric quests and Darkbrotherhood, Theives guild. Sometimes you have to steal things and get in a harder way or you can all brute out and kill a bunch making it harder. Its like Deus Ex. It's like mass effect 1. Oh: And Sins: Rebellion has like 5 mods. 4 of which are in prgress and not that game changing. [Edited on 07.18.2012 6:06 PM PDT]

Seeing as how either way you're getting KOTOR, it doesn't matter. Do you need to have those extra $20? Base your decision on that.

SoaSE: Rebellion. Core gets boring after a while, butb there are so many mods, and the game includes a mod-swap feature.
-
Aeia sins rebellion and trinity are exactly the same. Except Rebellion adds some ships and new abilities and music. Not much else. I agree with you on sticking with older sins and buying skyrim and KOTOR.

Previous one is waaaaay cheaper. Rebellion is overpriced for the amount of change it delivers. Get Trinity. You won't regret. Also have money left over. [Edited on 07.18.2012 5:33 PM PDT]

If I get sins should I get Rebellion or the previous one?

Sins. Do the sins one. I love that game
-
Ok thanks everyone. Right now I am leaning more towards skyrim+kotor.

Sins of a Solar Empire is an interesting choice. You will either never stop playing it, or will never play it a second time. I am unfortunately in the second category. I've always been a turtler, focusing on economy and research before military. This is absolutely not an option in SOASE, as defenses are pitiful against any significant force. Even the easy AI is ruthless. [Edited on 07.18.2012 5:27 PM PDT]

I personally prefer Sins of a solar empire to them all but I do seem to enjoy Skyrim which is a interesting game which I played and enjoyed, but I think Sins of a solar empire is better. =) [Edited on 07.18.2012 5:16 PM PDT]

SKYRIM.

Get Skyrim, KOTOR, Company of Heroes(Only Get tales of Valor), Terraria and Bastion. You can get them all and still fall well within your budget.
