Am i the only one disappointed in Cortana's Halo 4 makeover?
I mean, they made her all.. sexified. i mean, bigger boobs, dark hair and dark lips? i for one don't like it. She was never supposed to have any sex appeal in my opinion and to go and give her that kind of makeover was really just unnecessary, probably just a ploy to sell the game to a wider audience. And i'm pissed, because she was my favorite character. She's like the girl next door who was your best friend until she changed herself for an audience who won't even appreciate her for who she is.
Hot Cortana is bad.

The new appearance is not so great in my eyes. On the otherhand it isn't as bad as her popping up in the HUD. I really don't like that concept. She isn't sitting somewhere at HQ. reporting in or something. I mean even in the books the ancyla is described as showing up in the back of your mind. NOT in your hud or left of your sight.

Personally I am fine with her makeover except for her hair. The color clashes and I have always had a thing against short hair anyways.

Halo 3 Cortana is best she has the right amount of sex appeal but to much and i like the personality and voice is better, than the halo 4 trailer.

I think Halo 3 Cortana was perfect. Halo CE graphics just weren't good enough. Halo 2 looked pretty good, although the hair was a bit to straight, and now Halo 4 looks like a hooker.

I honestly think she looks good in Halo 4. This is just new tech advancing and updating her appearance to match. Each Halo game has done the same thing.

Well from a canon perspective, Cortana took on the looks of Halsey and Halsey was supposedly quite the looker. But I personally don't mind it. She changes with the games. [Edited on 07.31.2012 3:17 PM PDT]

I liek meh Halo 3 Cortana with bouncy boobz she was 1337, ossim possim, possim grade ossim. But in all seriousness I prefer the older iterations of Master Chief's AI companion.

She pretty much stayed the same up to Halo 4. They can justify her changes in appearence because AI's have the ability to do so, but, I think 343 thinks they need to change everything when really Cortana was fine how she was.

I think people are being way too harsh on what is only a design for a character who is, mostly just a voice in your head. Besides, there's logic behind it. She wants to be more human, she makes it happen.

I am dissapointed of new Cortana's design and other new designs by 343, that's why I decided let Halo go, I just want to remember it a Halo game and not a compilation of several games in one, in order to survive.
