What's the big deal about fashion?
I don't mean to sound harsh or anything, but why is fashion treated so highly? All it really seems to be is a showcase of expensive clothing. I know that clothes and other accessories can be quite popular, but come on, they're just clothes. No need to make a big deal about it.
That's my opinion Flood, so what's yours?

It's really a hobby, just like The Flood and Vidya are to you and I. We just, like it is all. We like to become Spartan's with our buddies and go T - Bag some 12 years olds (mostly you on the latter part :P) and laugh about it! It's the same thing with fashion, people just dig it. I'm not going to lie, I like looking good too. There are some nice ass $150 jeans out there that I'm pretty keen on obtaining one day, but that's just because they look cool, and ya know what else is cool? Xbox. It's all preference man, and we've got to accept that some of our preferences in life don't always align with others. [Edited on 02.28.2012 9:38 PM PST]

Fashion is something for superficial people to amuse themselves with. Wear a potato sack around if you want, it's all good to me.

well, it only really gives people first impressions, so you want to wear what represents you, so you get friends easier or some -blam!-. That's all I can make of it. but yeah, it's still pretty stupid.
