Not everyone knows the release date is September 25.* Imagine how you would feel if you were some kid and it's your birthday and you've asked for ODST for your birthday. Your mom goes to the local gamestore to reserve a copy and finds its available so she purchases it right there. Then comes your birthday and lo and behold you can play it. Now you don't frequent the Bungie forums everyday so you don't know the exact release. Two days later, Bungie permabans you from matchmaking because you weren't an avid fanatic of everything Bungie no matter how insignificant (like the release date of their next project). You were only a fan of their games and honestly purchased a new copy of their latest game. For not being a big [i]enough[/i] fan to know everything Bungie. For this, you get banned. Pathetic. Blame the retailer and don't do business with them; don't crucify the casual fans who happened upon the game. *September 25? My point exactly.
