Seriously, I wonder how many people everyone actually thinks works at Bungie. We know/interact with maybe 3-4 of them. I'd guess for every 1 Bungie Employee we see on the forums, there are 10-12 that we have no idea exists.

Look at that list. It's filled with mostly contractors. The thing about contractors is that they work through agencies; it isn't the same deal. There are 2 core people that worked on Halo games that are at 343, and that's it. Everyone else was either a producer or a marketeer; neither of which have any jobs that actually have hands-on content-creation for the games itself. So stop fighting the flow and accept it: Halo is now in the hands of a team of people, 95%~ of which are entirely new to developing Halo.

Nathan Walpole was also at 343 for a time, if I am not mistaken.
