And no, the people that aren't excited about this aren't "detractors". They're on the game company's forums, to say what they feel about the company's games or decisions. This is Bungie.net, but that doesn't mean you have to kiss their ass.
Posted by: thespartan117711
Come out and say you don't like it in the open, kiddo.
-
Nice to see Bungie getting in the Mobile crowd. The future of gaming lies in that direction.
-
I'm not excited about this. At all. I don't care about what a phone can do period, and I don't want to play video games on it.
-
Nice!
-
Awesome i cant wait!!
-
We can only hope that this is a double bluff. That Bungie is throwing us off balance to surprise us, once again.
-
Sounds cool!
-
Lets just hope Bungie is actually going to help Indie Developers and not just those who pay them to promote their game.
-
Posted by: homocidalham Ignore the detractors bungie, this is one of the most kick ass things I've seen you do in a while.
no, halo ce was kickass. halo 2 was kickass. WE ARE KICKASS this is the "detractor"

Awww come on! That was such a tease, it's unreal. No new Bungie title but a bunch of MOBILE games? :( I am disappoint.
-
Well that's stupid. Fire the analyst that told you to "pursue the mobile phone game market" I'm sure some people are crazy about games on their phones, but it's really just a way to kill time waiting in the docs office, on the bus stop, etc. I'm very disappointed. Every year it seems, you guys get further and further away from what you original fan base wants. Maybe there's more money on the horizon seeking new customers, but try to remember Bungie is nothing without H1
-
Ignore the detractors bungie, this is one of the most kick ass things I've seen you do in a while.
-
-blam!--ing weak, the slide begins in earnest.....
-
Your awesome bungie but im a bit disapointed. You should have made another amazing game. I mean Aerospace does kinda sound like a game title. [Edited on 07.01.2011 8:49 PM PDT]

And no one gives a -blam!- about mobile games.
-
Sounds pretty cool.
-
Hey, Bungie: -blam!- you. You got us all hyped up for Aerospace, and then dropped it on us that you're helping other people, instead of us. You guys know that you could have waited -- but it would've pissed everyone of that it was the Bungie Day release. -blam!- you guys, we wanted something for us. Oh, and no this isn't a troll account -- it's just that my other one is banned. So yeah, -blam!- you guys.
-
I hope Crimson has bloom and Armor Lock. Former FASA guy made it you say? ShadowCrimson incoming! Now with more bloom.
-
New direction for Bungie - awesome!!!
-
Ok. bit of an anti-climax, but I suppose this looks promising. I hope XBLA games also count, because I don't really play iOS games :l
-
Hmm...I was really hoping for a new game from you guys... Well, Indy developers will be happy I guess.
-
Awesome ^_^ Not at all what I was expecting, but awesome nonetheless!
-
I can't stop laughing. Bungie is going to help other companies make their games great? ROFL you got to make your your own games great first before you can make others great. I would never ask for bungie's help, especially after Reach. Yuck.
-
Posted by: bjb yo You mean the hype that the fans created themselves? ;) But anyways, this is huge. Looking at how great Indie Games are today... They can only get better after this! Also, did anyone else think of Sandswept Studios when they read this?
Yeah but that's why the announcement was a bit underwhelming, there was some teasing on Bungie's part and Bungie likes to tease info with their games thus hype was created. I'm not complaining just a bit ambivalent about it. [Edited on 06.30.2011 12:14 PM PDT]

So does this mean any developer can be apart of Bungie Aerospace?
