I find it odd that you would part with an "apple" device for your promotion opposed to a Windows 7 Phone,i have a windows 7 phone and it really sucks that i can't get a blue flaming helmet,considering it's Microsoft you would think you guys would have it on the new windows 7 phones instead,i only purchased mine 2 weeks ago.I'm quite discouraged that this wouldn't be released on windows 7....

SpearWarrior98, If you have a second generation iPod Touch, you should be able to upgrade it to iOS 4 which would allow you to get the app. To do so, plug your iPod into your computer, launch iTunes, go to your iPod 'summary' page, and click 'Check for Update'. If you don't wanna do this, just wait 3 days. Everyone will be getting blue flames and the Bungie nameplate then.

Does the app work correctly for 3GS? Whenever I look at my Love Bungie tab, it shows a list stating that the flames and the nameplate will be available on 01.01.1753. Whats THAT supposed to mean? :I

You may want to add "Why can't I sign in?" I realised that if your time and date are not set correctly then you cannot sign into the app due to security.
