Credit Reset Disputes - 5/24/2011
Good afternoon,
We have executed a round of Credit Resets for accounts which have habitually exhibited idling or "AFK" behavior while playing in Firefight Matchmaking. If you believe your ban was a false positive, you can post a request for investigation.
[b]Only request an investigation if you are absolutely sure that your ban was a false positive, if we take the time to investigate your account and find that you do have idling or "AFK" behavior, we will place an extended Credit Ban on your account.[/b]
Do not use this thread for any other discussion. If you are not requesting an investigation of your Credit Reset from 5/24/2011, do not post in this thread.

I was playing Halo Reach today as a Hero and I played some MLG and nothing else. I got off X Box, and the cam back online 2 hours later and it said I have been temporarily banned from earning credits for 2 weeks, this console has been banned, and I got Reset. I Really don't understand why I got banned I didn't do anything wrong!!!?? Like I'm dead serious!. Please Respond Bungie! I admit to some AFK-esque symptoms, but they're completely explainable (see[url=http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=60723028] this [/url]post). Any kind of platforming I'll do from now on will be done in custom games only. I only want my reset lifted, I can live with the ban.

Well damn, even though my friends in Reach AFKed in FF they still played more MM games then most of the Reach population. Another reset that lowered the average skill of the Halo Reach player and now MM will be dominated by fanboys and children even more. Anyone who says "You weren't playing anyways." in any forum post is a retard.

I can't believe you even managaed to find this, I was actually looking for it. yea that was for a video. The second one I went positive 10? I was probably trying to get 1 assist. Getting the assist commendation for firefights pretty hard as I usually aim to get about 1-4 assist so it doens't look like I boost.

I actually agree with this ban because I constantly see people not playing, however, being that I play a lot of arena, ranked gold, I DO NOT credit boost, simply see firefight as a lighter game than specific team matchmaking, and being on-call allows me to enjoy it as often as I can.. What else should I play with a job where I may have to get up here and there that I can work with a team? You can PM for any other details be it questions, job proof, or any other dispute but I truly consider my account as carry-on, I've been a valid member of the halo community since CE with montages, forum posts, machinima, and non stop fun, do not ruin this for me because I have an actual job? I had been credit reset, and I think you have comited a mistake, because I have played firefight but I did not "AFK", I would like someone to check my account because I have not done anything illegal, I have quit a couple of times but I have never "AFK". Thanks for your attention. WIDEKAZZ
