Complete Credit Breakdown Per Rank & Game Type - All Ranks Complete!

I decided to search for a post that gives the increase in credits per rank. What started as a simple search has ended in a massive effort from MathGuy42, HolyHa1fDead and myself (plus everyone posting their forge credits per rank) to work out the complete credit breakdown per rank and gametype! Currently this is 50000 for all Firefight maps. [u][b]Slot Machine:[/u][/b] 100 to 3000CR and is the same for all except Jackpots as they are player specific. Jackpots can be as large as 7777 and are added to your Slot Machine for that game so theoretically will show as being between 101 and 10777. Slot Machine Jackpots can be doubled or tripled by Bungie during playlist promotion weeks and weekends (3000, 6000, 9000 etc.) During week long promotions you get your Slot Machine for that game doubled or tripled (depending on promotion) for every game i.e. if your normal slot machine was 185CR you would get 370CR etc. [u][b]Super Jackpots:[/u][/b] Recently added by Bungie and exist for the duration of the weekend and in certain playlists you are able to get a Super Jackpot that gives you an additional 7000-30000 (depending on week so far - seems to increase by 3000 a week). You are 100 times more likely to get a Super Jackpot as you are a normal Jackpot and these are added to the normal Jackpot. These can only be won once a day (but people have been getting more). You are still able to get the Super Jackpot for that weekend in other playlists but it is much more rare. Super Jackpots replace the usual Jackpot of 7777 and are added to your Slot Machine for that game.     I've come to the conclusion through extensive testing and thought that boosting in Grifball pays out more cR than FF Doubles even if you're playing by yourself. For those of you who want to rank up as fast as possible, here's the order ... 1. Boosting in Grifball 2. FF Doubles by yourself 3. Boosting in Invasion 4. Premium playlists. 5. Everything else and below.

  • Good catch, Phillip. The Nova line should read: Nova - 45.7, 128.0, 246.8, 255.9, 332.7 (rounding to the nearest 10th). Also, I just found another error. We should have: Colonel Grade 1 - 170 I had stopped using my second account except for quick Challenges. It finally got up to Colonel Grade 1 today. I can personally attest to Recruit - Colonel Grade 1 and General Grade 4 - Legend. So I'm especially curious if there are mistakes in Colonel Grade 2 - General Grade 3. Of course I'm not perfect, so double checking my results is appreciated too. Anyway, please let us know any results which don't agree with the OP.

The double jackpot you are seeing in the premium playlists and arena playlists is a double slot machine EVERY game. You will have noticed you get much more under slot machine. The jackpot for a slot machine is 3000 (you should be getting this relatively often) which doubles to 6000.

Firefight is a rate 4 gametype so any competitive playlist that is rate 4 or rate 5 will give equal or more credits per minute. How long is a piece of string? :S up to 120'000 daily cap. *facedesk*
