I was playing Destiny 2 and was at the tower, tried to start a vanguard strike and got booted to main menu with the "Not so fast!" message telling me that I was banned. I wasn't using any external programs, cheating, saying racist or otherwise offensive stuff in chat, or any otherwise banworthy actions, no matter what I do bungie doesn't/wont provide the nature of my ban and all my appeals tell me they won't allow appeals "due to the nature of the ban" which I SILL DONT KNOW WHAT IT WAS. I am afraid to re-appeal since it might lock it out or remove more functions. Is there any way to contact bungie support that isn't through the appeal process? I really don't want to lose my account!
