Welcome to the Hall of Heroes quest bugged
The Quest just disappeared and can't be accessed from archives either, Quinn says "Restore another memorial first" on her activities. Can't progress New Light any further and can't get exotic and quests from Quinn. Very frustrating since I just bought the DLC.. :(
