Bad idea, bad implementation. The fact that this even made it further than a spit-balled 2 liner in a meeting is mind boggling. Not to mention the wasted work time and resources on this. Stop convoluting the systems. Nothing wrong with what we have now. Leave it alone. Another bad management/think-tank example for the books.
