Other account can't play past content

I have a separate account trying to play the past seasonal story content. And for whatever reason it says that I require the season of difience season pass even though this account has the light fall annual pass. It also says this for all other seasonal things including all other seasons except for season of The wish which I still have full access to. Is there something I'm missing and if so how do I resolve this so I can play the past story content as I have a buddy playing on this account so that way they can catch up on the story The bungie account name is Dark Space Edge#2461

    Hey there, did you definitely buy a separate copy of the Annual Pass edition on this other account? Season passes apply one-time to the purchasing account. If you've got a second account on the same console, while it may show 'Lightfall Annual Pass Edition' installed, you will only be able to play Lightfall, not any of the 'Season of ...' seasonal content. That's because the passes got applied only to the first account, they do not duplicate or transfer to any other account.
