Ballidorse Wrathweavers bugged, stopping rift healing

I haven't seen this on any TWIDs Ballidorse is bugged and will not allow your healing rift to heal. You DO get the buffs. Over shield, weapon bonus, and the effects on the super. But the rift itself does not heal at all.

This has been a problem since season of the wish dropped and they haven’t addressed it yet :/ I wonder if it’s a new feature 😂:(
