Solo Spelunker Guardian rank 11 challenge not working

hey guys I have spent the last few days doing the solo Warlords ruin dungeon for guardian rank 11 challenge and it still hasn’t worked can you guys please look into this?

Has to be done in a single run without error coding/disconnections/black screen->respawns etc. Your solo was a checkpoint so it doesn't count for it
