Quests/Triumphs not comleted
I have finished all quest steps for the season of the wish quest line but the Closer To The Heart triumph isn't completed for some reason.
Ahamkara Tales is also not completed even though I have listened to all audio logs

That is because the mission Closer to the Heart has not been release as well as the last audio log. You'll just need to wait until they are released closer to the release of the Final Shape.
