No locked transmog options
No matter what armor I go into to transmog, I only see the pieces I unlocked. All the ones that were locked aren't even showing. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi there. Are you a piece of armor or going down from your character screen and opening the Appearance Customization menu? You need to go to the Appearance Customization menu to unlock ornaments. When inspecting an armor, you will only see ornaments you've already unlocked.
