Exotic Armor states: Provides a substantial stability bonus and ADS time decrease, after affecting either yourself or allies with a buff or affecting combatants with a debuff you gain substantial escalating precision damage buff (similar to precision instrument but the damage bonus doesn't require consistent precision damage to maintain) each instance of buff or debuff will add time to its duration using a kinetic PULR/SCTR it will gain a kinetic tremors in a wider range (if the weapon already has kinetic tremors it will greatly decrease shots required to proc) using a PULR/SCTR with a subclass element will gain a tracking fire fly with a large AOE after precision final blows during the duration of the damage buff stated above
