Why dose it say my pre order for the final shape is cancelled

Hi Im SwatBungie fan, here since 2008. - old
Take it up with the retailer. It's them who cancelled your order, not Bungie. It was likely cancelled due to the delay, which your retailer likely emailed you about. All you have to do is place your order again. Simple. -
I imagine you got an email about it, did it tell you why it got cancelled?
