Stasis fragment that makes charged melee auto-reload weapons is almost always, in my experience, neglecting to reload Warden's Law. This has been an issue since it was re-released. Functioning workaround is to take off hand cannon champion perks or enemy weapon spec weapon mods but I'm sure you can understand why I would like to be able to use those things.
