This is a petition for an idea I had. My reason for this petition is that Onslaught brought it's own gamemode that doesn't receive the double rewards week like Gambit, Vanguard, Trials, and Crucible have. But since it's staying around... it would make sense. Now, Bungie... PLEASE make the first double onslaught week be the first week after the 11th and 12th weapons come out. It would give a greater incentive to play during that week. And player sentiment will be better because it will give a greater chance to get the special variants of the 11th and 12th weapons.
