This issue ONLY happens when playing Destiny 2. I have tried everything under the sun that I could think of to find out what may be causing my issues, anywhere from:
- verified all games & firmware up to date
- troubleshooting internet issues
- contacting ISP & clearing modem que
- contacting Microsoft 5+ times
- submit a repair order through Microsoft
- sent Xbox in for repair service order
- bought a BRAND NEW xbox... same issue
- upgraded to a gaming monitor with VRR
- SSD storage at less than 70% full
- checked all fans and areas are dust free
- power supply has no difference in outlet
- all cords properly connected & working
- visual settings match up and calibrated
- using original HDMI 2.1 cable for Xbox
- connected via ethernet not wireless
- only one using network bandwidth
At this point I'm so lost as not a single tech specialist can identify what is causing this issue and leaves me wondering if this is a Bungie issue or client side problem? Been seen people on reddit talk about the same thing but Microsoft insists the issue has been resolved and seems to just loop back to saying it's not on them anymore. Any response from Bungie on this would be appreciated as this is a last resort as I have contacted everyone I could by now.

Having issues on PC as well, the servers are just garbage right now.
