Bungie needs to get better explaining things to us!
Can we get some info on how and when we can enhance our brave weapon perks? Please and thank you.

Most likely the normal way. Probably during FS we will start getting red border BRAVE weapons which we can then use along with the forge to craft them. Both good and bad though as what if we get a semi-OK version of say Blast Furnace but its a shiny one from running legendary and we want to keep the shiny look but we want to craft our desired god roll? I fear that will be doable via mementos which I have grown to hate as they are rare, time gated and we can only hold one at a time (unless we use the Postmaster glitch)

They mentioned BRAVE weapons will be enhanceable in The Final Shape, presumably at the enclave.

At some point after The Final Shape launches. Probably tied to a grindy quest.
