Actually not better at all , anyone patting them on the back for shortening the time gate instead of removing it is a shill -
I wholeheartedly believe majority if not all players wanted Bungie to drop all weapons on the 9th no one would disagree with that fact. But this is Bungie meeting players halfway they could’ve literally just left it as they were intending to, the fact they have made it what 2 weapon drops a week(?) is better. Definitely not worse or on par with how it was.

A company should never be praised with "Halfway" pleasing there customers Bungie wins, they get patted on the back, and still get to pad out the content , it isn't much of a difference if they hadn't done anything We already have to wait over a month to farm a certain dungeon or raid ,and we still have to wait weeks to farm everything in "Into the light..........eventually" This is going fron a F- to a F -
I agree you that it should all come out on the 9th I’m not contesting that statement. Nor do I think players are necessarily patting Bungie on the back, some players maybe but most are just happy this change is better than what it was originally set to be. This analogy of it going from a F- to a F is a Fail regardless but at the end of the day isn’t a F is still slightly better than a F-? All I’m saying is the change is better than the original.
