problem with name
I started playing immediately after creating my account and only after the session saw that I had to change my name on the website, so now I cannot change my name? because when i try it does not save any changes i made ( not even pictures etc)
so how can i start over or delete my account to start properly this time

You can try a different name if you have not previously changed it.[/b] If the system is not allowing more changes, there is no way to override it. What names have you tried thus far?
