Urgent help - lost all progress on xbox
Just logged on and has asked me to add my date of birth and then asked me to create a new character which is odd cause I have 3 thought nothing of it and made one then went to switch character and all my characters are missing god knows what's happened asked my mate to check and happened to him to and yes it's happened to him aswell. We're both on xbox btw.

A post from another player who has experienced the issue and is now able to access their characters as normal: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/263778799/0/0 Others who have said they have made new characters in place of missing ones still have their old characters and progress visible in the app, but it’s best to not create a new character just to be safe.
