Tried to log into my game on Xbox. It asked me for an age verification and then appears to have wiped all my characters and sent me to a new character selection screen. Tried to restart my game hoping it would fix it and now it won’t let me log in at all. Please help. Keeps giving me a cat error code but I don’t have any updates pending
