A post from another player who has experienced the issue and is now able to access their characters as normal: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/263778799/0/0 Others who have said they have made new characters in place of missing ones still have their old characters and progress visible in the app, but it’s best to not create a new character just to be safe. I’m having the same issue. I think it has something to do with the new cross-platform bungie name it assigned us. I’m tempted to just pick a subclass and try to change characters once it enters the game, but I don’t want to risk it writing over my previous character. I’m going to try logging into the bungie website first and see if I can link them properly to my Xbox account. I think they royally screwed something up here.
