Rumble cheaters
It seems like every other match of rumble there is a player who cannot be killed and has too insane of a hand cannon shot. Finishing the game within just a minute or two. triple tapping me before I can get even 1 shot off of my rose and shotgunning me from football field away. I get I am not good by any means but some matches feel impossible to even get a kill with how fast other people TTK is. Is there a problem with cheaters in this game? I typically wouldnt just call someone better than me a cheater but there’s just no way I’m matching against people so far out of my skill level. I am just so interested to see what it would look like from those peoples pov. Is time moving in slow motion for everyone else or what?

It's kind of crazy how many players make claims like this without understanding the ACTUAL ways you can cheat on console EDIT: Control has outlier protection, but my understanding is that Rumble uses pure Connection-Based Matchmaking. If you're benefiting from Outlier Protection, then it is indeed possible that you're playing much better players in Rumble than you are in Control.

It was exactly like that for me until a couple of weeks ago when I had my eyes opened. With some of the new hacks, its mostly right on the edge of hunan perception and requires AI to differentiate. The hacks aren't like they once were - easier to pick up on. And they have the ability to turn it on / off....so someone wanting to step off the invincibility gas just enough to leave you guessing - it can be done. Look for a video by Aztecross talkibg about it. He has industry folks giving the information......it's not him. I had this videov inked to Kevin an older thread of mine. Had a guy in 6s yesterday.....in back to back games he went 43-0 and 48-0. Aimbot. I reported him of course. This guy was on my random team and was mapping / Insta meltibg folks before I could even land shots. He wasnt trying to hide it at all. There was another I saw a week or so ago, laser beaming in 3s with a Battlescar, FFS. I could barely even get off a sniper shot. Again.....no trying to hide it at all. Bottom line - its not going away anytime soon. AI anti-cheat, at this point I can't see Bungie installing it. It's in all shoiters not just Destiny. Edit- just saw another one. Guy is clearly on an alt account and hacking. Level 1629, one commendation. One. Mapping with Gnawing Hunger, absolutely no way to challenge. I know goddam better than this....played for 10 years and a lot even today. I had a gnawing hunger with about 2,000 kills on it, I'd say serviceable + in the 600rpm family at the time but never a "meta" gun.....point being I'm very familiar with what it's capable of, and this was completely uncharacteristic.
