Destiny 2 not using much CPU on a good computer

Hello, hope you are all well. I have a X17 R2 gaming laptop (i9-12900HK, RTX 3080 Ti, 64 GB ram, Windows 11) which I've configured to performance/always plugged in mode in BIOS. I've updated all of my drivers to their latest versions and clean it up (hardware and software) frequently. I've noticed that Destiny 2 runs slower than I expected with low settings (90 fps). The fans are always pretty quiet when playing, and I'm able to push out a lot more performance from other games. Is there anything I can do to make Destiny 2 use more cpu/computer resources?
