Who do i need to contact to know how much money i have spend on my bungie account?
I'm wondering what my total bungie/bungie store money spent. how/who/where do i get in contact with bungie team to get a answer?

That would be your platform, not Bungie. Unless you meant Silver purchases in which case you can view that through your Bungie account
