Give Conditional Finality a catalyst
Either give it a catalyst with a unique perk or give it barrel constrictor, that would work pretty good with the exotic perk where you have to hit most pellets to proc the freeze/ignition. :>

1 ReplyImo something PVE for it would be very cool. Not a fan of legendary perks on exotic usually but something like One Two Punch could work here
