The ball of Darkness isn't doing correct damage in PvP. I'm not sure for PvE. It now hits for 144 and only does about 4 damage ticks that go from 2-1. Previously it hit for 215 and had a couple of damage ticks. There was no mention of a nerf to the PvP damage for the Ball of Darkness. Though, it can still one shot. But, it's not consistent. I don't know if this was intended to be the way the weapon works and thats why the Ball of Darkness damage gas dropped. Sometimes you will hit them the Ball of Darkness and it will essentially cause arc damage at 2 ticks of damage for a good second while blinding the enemy. Test it for yourself. I don't think the Ball of Darkness deserves a PvP nerf as it's never really been a problem and it's really difficult to pull off. High risk vs high reward.
