As you can see in the photo, I have the lightfall deluxe edition owned, but I can't play the new season/don't have season pass nor the dungeon key. Please help me whenever you can and get me in contact with Bungie to fix this at earliest convenience.

Can you clarify, are you playing on the account that actually purchased the Deluxe or on a secondary account and sharing the license? I ask because Season Passes cannot be license shared, and are granted as an in-game system for owning the Deluxe license itself. If you don't actually own the license and are license sharing instead, you won't get them.
