Lightfall and annual pass already purchased on accounf

Title says it all. Companion app shows I already purchased lightfall and annual pass but I do not have access to them in game at all. Any help would be very much appreciated

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
