Contacting servers message, then Battle Eye choke d/c, then "Due to increased traffic....login...throttled"

Subject sequence of error conditions one right after another. Testing says my internet is fine so skip us the bull, I can provide specs if necessary. BattleEye and your interface to it are your responsibility, along with your long-standing lack of networking reliability. You need to do better.
