don't sound right... ALL old DLC WITH new lightfall for on 50 bucks?

I bought all the older DLC, then a day or 2 later I purchased Lightfall for $50. It may have came off confusing, I didn't buy them ALL for $50, just Lightfall. Now in game it's saying I need to purchase Lightfall and the Annual Pass for $99.99
