Of course builds are not the Same As before. Unique interaction mods got removed. Utility kickstart nerfed and Other mods granting pretty much nothing different. Mods are also locked to a single armor type like legs making it harder to mix and match. Previous System had Way More variety, bot now it's 15 steps back. I expect the release of a lot of New mods to remedy the situation.
