The support team that replies to posts on Bungie.net / the companion app is totally separate from the team who runs the Bungie Store. In fact, the Bungie Store isn't even run by Bungie it's run by a third party called "Brand Access". You will never get a response to Bungie Store inquiries on Bungie.net. You must submit all Bungie Store inquiries via the Bungie Store customer services. -

So do I, if you understood my comments you would see the issue is their lack of response. My intentions were to get ahold of someone within contacts reach, however I can see how you would be confused if you just wanted to be angry.

I’m not angry at all. And do you know how many requests they are probably getting right now so close to a new launch? Things take time….be patient…wait for them to respond.
