Using other games is irrelevant when diagnosing problems with connection to D2. Those other games have completely different connection requirements. What is the Ping/Jitter as those can be important stats along with the download/upload/packet loss which you said is 0.

Ping is 17ms. I was going through some other posts on the forum and I see there are many people facing the same issue as me. Destiny backend seems to be checking the problem. Glad to know I'm not alone. Thanks for the reply.
