Answer is most likely no.
You can demand dedicated servers all you want, but the community will not pay for it.

So all the money they got from Sony, none of it should go to improving the game? Bungie's servers are in need of updating. They are years behind, and crossplay has really exposed how bad the servers are. I would be forever grateful if they would address this even if it took a couple of years to implement, but they act like their servers are not an issue that is laughable.
