If you want this to become top priority for Bungie you should probably talk about the fact that many Guardians are Trans and have transitioned since they began playing destiny. Seeing as they can't change their guardians gender it can be harmful and cause PTSD for those guardians, much like dead-naming. So really it's an accessibility change and if Bungie wants to keep being Trans Allies this needs to be implemented ASAP.

This is a smart idea. In a world that ridicules the actual identity of Trans peoples the least bungie can do is allow people who want to change their guardian to reflect their new gender identity. And as a plus, such a large accessibility change would benefit those who aren't Trans either. In the same way that civil rights advances which tend to be made by minorities can have a helpful effect on the whole of society. Your idea is actually high tier friend.
