I've been getting this with barricades pretty often while having the exotic pulse equipped. At this point i'm confident its affecting melees and grenades too. I've thrown grenades and seen immune markers on barricades. I've also had melee's not kill people or do damage so who knows whats actually going on at this point.

It is not tied to the exotic pulse rifle. I can confirm that because I have this bug appearing since the Season start with several weapons, mostly kinetic.

Gotcha, i've only had it when i've used the pulse so with everything else I figured it would be related to that.
