Titan Shield Bash and Shoulder Charge still one hitting in PvP
Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't these abilities nerfed? Keep getting one shot by charging Titans. At the beginning of matches in PvP. And I'm not sure why.

Some exotics can let them OHK. Peregrine Greaves can if the Titan is in the air. Heart of inner most light can if they have recently dodged and/or thrown a grenade.
